Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app:
Profile → Settings (⚙) → Account → Delete account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your stars, and the content associated with your account. This can't be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If you can't sign in to delete your account, email support@syderea.com from the address on your account and we'll help you with your request. We may need to verify your identity first.
Reporting content
To report a star, a user, or a Starspace in the app, tap the ⋮ menu on the star, their profile, or the Starspace and choose Report. Urgent reports can also be sent to support@syderea.com.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
